Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or connecting any Instagram or WhatsApp account to Juno ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind such entity.

2. Description of the Service

Juno provides an automated conversational middleware platform enabling businesses to manage inbound direct messages, comments, and WhatsApp chats through officially authorized Meta Graph APIs and AI text generation engines.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Strict Prohibitions

You agree to use Juno solely for legitimate commercial communication. You strictly agree NOT to:

  • Transmit unsolicited bulk commercial messages ("spam"), aggressive mass outreach, or deceptive schemes.
  • Engage in harassment, stalking, hate speech, defamation, adult content distribution, or illegal goods promotion.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, jitter controls, or safety pause mechanisms established by the platform.
  • Violate the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Commercial Terms, or Instagram Community Guidelines.
  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive source code from any portion of the service.
Violation Consequence: Any breach of this Acceptable Use Policy results in immediate, non-refundable termination of service and revocation of API tokens.

4. Meta Platform Terms Compliance

Your use of our platform is conditioned upon continuous compliance with all Meta developer and platform rules. You acknowledge that Juno interacts directly with Meta servers and that Meta Platforms, Inc. reserves the right to modify API endpoints, policies, or access tiers at its sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property & Customer Data

You retain all right, title, and ownership of all customer messages, prompt specifications, and lead databases created through your account. Juno does not claim any ownership over your proprietary business content or end-user conversation logs.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JUNO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO JUNO DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time via the admin dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to remediate policy violations within 24 hours of notification.
